Ernest Beauvais

Died at his home near Evergreen, La., June 5, 1935. Even though he had been ill for several months, his death was a shock to his relatives and friends.

Born in Morganza, La., November 6, 1860, he spent his early life in Pointe Coupee Parish. After maturity he moved to Avoyelles and resided here ever since. Interment was in the St. Charles Cemetery at Goudeau.

He was a devoted husand, a kind father, and a sincere friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Besides his widow, he leaves two sons, three four daughters, and three sisters to mourn his death.
